Aging as Intended Blueprint Restoration | Cellular Regeneration | Reversing the Aging Rate

One of the most frequently asked questions we get from clients is about how they can best support themselves in between sessions and maintain their low aging rates.

Our answer? Keep up with your water intake, and don't eat in between meals.

The combination of those two activities helps the body in numerous ways, and we see it reinforced time and time again in our research. Adequate hydration - specifically, enough water consumed based on the density of our diet - allows the body to regularly flush out toxins, while supporting organ & gland function, digestion, cognition, and virtually every other process necessary for maintaining good health.

The reality is that most people are not properly hydrated, so knowing how much water you need to consume is step 1 - and something that one of our practitioners can test during your session.

Additional benefits are realized when we don't eat in between meals, and create a 4 hour gap in between food consumed. We write about why this is so important on our blog, but in short, regularly eating throughout the day triggers widespread inflammation - regardless of the type of food, when the 4 hour long digestion process is interrupted by way of a snack, many important processes cease within the body and we become a breeding ground for bacteria - which, based on our research, has a significant impact on how quickly the body ages.

So boost your water consumption, create those 4 hour gaps in between eating, and see how your own body responds. Let us know what you notice after a week!
