Here are just a few common patterns I see on Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Test with my clients. And these patterns don’t show up by accident.

What you’re seeing here are real HTMA hormone-related mineral patterns — the same ones I see over and over in clients struggling with:

Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve posted here consistently, so I wanted to pop in with a quick re-introduction and a few updates about how you can connect with me and what I’ve been up to lately.

I’m Michaela Potter, a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Iridologist, and the founder of MP Holistic Wellness. I specialize in women’s hormone health, cycles, and fertility — helping women rebalance their hormones naturally, boost energy, support digestion, and get to the root of issues like PMS and irregular periods

I also work with men for certain services, including iridology, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), and hormone testing. These tools offer powerful insight into overall health, mineral balance, stress, and metabolism.

Here's some food for thought before we head into Christmas and New Year's 🤔

You may want to think twice about skipping meals and trying to "save calories." It's not worth sacrificing your health and it'll probably just make you feel miserable the rest of the day and the next.

Try this instead:

✅ Eat a high protein breakfast
✅ Hydrate
✅ Pair your sweets with a protein to avoid the blood sugar crash
✅ Try to still move your body during the holiday break. Even a short post meal walk can greatly help with digestion and blood sugar balance.
