Certified Personal Trainer | Group Class Instructor | Doctoral Candidate in Occupational Therapy
Rosie holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science - Allied Health from Southern Connecticut State University and is currently earning her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Haven. She brings clinical insight into neuromuscular function, movement analysis, and therapeutic exercise to every class. Rosie also has years of leadership and instructional experience at the YMCA in Canaan CT, where she not only managed operations but also taught SilverSneakers(R), aquatic therapy, and youth programs, led major community health events. Her classes are rooted in her clinical education, focusing on safe movement patterns, injury prevention, and maximizing functional performance across all fitness levels. Erin Gorski, BFA, MFA, ATC
Alexander Technique Certified | Group Fitness Instructor | University Movement Professor
Erin is a New York City-based professional actor, movement director, and professor with over 20 years of experience in advanced movement education. She holds both a BFA and MFA in Acting & Classical Performance, with expertise in biomechanics, somatic integration, and expressive movement. Erin is Alexander Technique certified through Balance Arts Center NYC, one of the nation's leading certification programs. She currently serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Wesleyan University, and is a former professor in the Department of Theatre & Dance at Montclair State University. Erin teaches Pilates, Alexander Technique, and performance-based movement, specialized in holistic, trauma-informed instruction that makes movement accessible, mindful, and empowering for all body types and identities.
