Thanks to my cousin for sending me the picture on the left yesterday & reminding me how far I’ve come!
Left is circa 2015 at the start of my fitness journey, and the right is 2022. Not only is there a 30lb difference in these pictures, but also a major difference in priorities, habits & consistency!
On the left I was eating out a lot, not reading food labels, ignoring my food allergies, not drinking water, drinking almost daily and coming off of 2 years of basically no exercise. Through educating myself, support from others and some trial & error I have come a long way, and the journey continues!
It’s amazing what some consistent habits, properly fueling your body & some exercise can do for your mind & body!!
