Kept it simple but oh so delicious!
Here’s what’s for dinner:

Here are a few reasons why water is so important & you want to stay hydrated:

◇ Helps regulate body temperature
◇ Increases energy & relieves fatigue
◇ Aides in digestion
◇ Helps maintain blood pressure
◇ Protects vital organs & tissues
◇ Helps deliver oxygen & nutrients throughout your body

So how much should you be drinking? Start out realistic and aim for a half a gallon (64oz) a day. As you are able to, especially on hotter days, work up to a gallon of water (128oz).

To keep it easy, I reach around a gallon/day by drinking 4 of my large yeti tumblers.

If you have difficulty drinking just water, try adding some crystal light or Gatorade zero packets to your water and watering it down as time goes on!

Looking to enjoy the sunshine and get in some movement on this beautiful afternoon?

Grab a kettlebell & head outside to try out this workout! A kettlebell is all you will need for each movement.

Nothing like some vitamin D & a good sweat.

Thanks to my cousin for sending me the picture on the left yesterday & reminding me how far I’ve come!

Left is circa 2015 at the start of my fitness journey, and the right is 2022. Not only is there a 30lb difference in these pictures, but also a major difference in priorities, habits & consistency!

On the left I was eating out a lot, not reading food labels, ignoring my food allergies, not drinking water, drinking almost daily and coming off of 2 years of basically no exercise. Through educating myself, support from others and some trial & error I have come a long way, and the journey continues!

It’s amazing what some consistent habits, properly fueling your body & some exercise can do for your mind & body!!
