Introducing: The OCD Skills Lab — A 6-Week Live Virtual Skills Class for individuals struggling with OCD!

If OCD has been running the show—looping thoughts, rituals, second-guessing—you’re not alone. It can feel exhausting and isolating. The OCD Skills Lab offers evidence-based skills to help you take back control.
In this live, supportive class, participants will learn ERP-informed strategies and leave each week with practical tools they can use right away.

What you’ll gain:

Clarity — understand OCD’s cycle
Confidence — practice ERP principles step by step
Tools — build an exposure ladder, SOS plan & relapse-prevention checklist
Momentum — track progress & strengthen self-trust
