I first started this journey 3 years ago! After my family was impacted by covid in 2020 there was a post that circulated social media that totally convicted my spirit. It was about not needing to know what ingredients are in most of the things we consume. I began to look at the ingredients in our foods, skin care products and household cleaners. Quickly deciding to make the switch from commercial products to all “natural” products I could diy at home or purchase. For the most part, I began to look for natural products that scored well on several credible databases. Prior to this I had never questioned the long list of ingredients on our foods or skin care products. Most of which I couldn't even pronounce! Filled with preservatives, additives, petroleum and industrial chemicals! These chemicals not only act as estrogen interrupters in the body but also potential carcinogenin contributors, endocrin disruptors and contaminate our water and fish.
This was all the inspiration I need to create wholesome products at home for my family. I started with making a body butter for our youngest two boys that suffered from Nummular eczema since infancy. The prescription cream I had been using on them for years has pretty risky side effects. Almost 3 years later they no longer suffer from eczema! I then began to use body butter myself and shared it with friends and family who to suffered from skin disorders. The feed back was amazing. The feed back was that of lighting stretch marks, dark spots and and diminishing eczema. So with the encouragement of many I made the decision to share our healing body butter you.
