Tonight was a perfect reminder that healthy eating is absolutely doable in real life.

I went out to dinner with a great group of ladies and happened to be sitting next to one of my clients (love when that happens 💕). We ordered together — grilled salmon, no butter or added salt, with grilled veggies on the side. Simple. Delicious. Satisfying.

She actually did better than me and cut hers in half to bring the rest home 👏🏻
And honestly? That’s a win.

This is what it looks like:

✨ Making smart choices
✨ Supporting each other — no pressure, no deprivation

Your raspberries can actually help you lose weight.

Are you ready, here’s where things get a little technical. Raspberries contain something called raspberry ketone.
