His primary focus is on LGBTQ+ individuals and couples; and also works with individuals on general depression, PTSD, anxiety, trauma, and s*x/s*xuality-related issues. He has worked as an advocate and therapist for survivors of domestic violence for 5 years. Zach wants to help you bloom!

Fun facts about Zach: He has traveled to 48/50 states, but has not visited Alaska or Hawaii yet, and he has also gotten a tattoo in 5 different countries!

As the new year brings new opportunities, take the time to set your intentions for your future, note where you want your attention to be, and show gratitude for anything and everything. Embrace who you are and start with a new perspective!

“New Year, New Me”
We hear it every year, no matter what. But a “new you” is a lot of pressure all at once. Instead, let us practice the small, consistent steps that bring us to where we want to be.

Instead, let’s reframe the idea. Let’s promise to always improve, work on ourselves, and strive to be better. But let’s also promise to give grace where it is needed.

You are enough. Go into the New Year with self love, care, and respect.

“My dreams are attainable”

Sometimes we fall into a spiral, thinking of all the things we could have done differently, what we could do now, or what changes we want to make. But overthinking can take its toll, blocking us from our wants and dreams.

Take a step back. Rewind the thought process back to the original dream. What is it that you truly want? What is your dream? Now approach with a positive mindset, knowing that no matter the dream, there is a way to make it come true. Trust in yourself to find the right path. Promise yourself to follow the dream, not your fear.

Family is not strictly about the biological, but about the emotional and social connections we make. Spend these holidays with the ones you love, and the ones who love you. Be your true self and find those who love, honor, and respect that true self.

“I am too much”
Our inner critics can be the harshest. Sometimes it’s our own beliefs, sometimes it’s something that’s been said to us before, maybe it’s something we’ve been taught.

But let’s change our approach and reframe this thinking. No one can be TOO much, but they are just enough when it comes to the right people. Instead, embrace who YOU are, not other’s ideas of you.

Practice positive self talk. Healing starts with you.
