I welcome clients from all walks of life and have expertise in treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image concerns, and maternal mental health, as well as supporting clients through the many transitions of life.

We are pleased to announce that Grand Traverse Mental Health Crisis and Access Center now offers 24/7 care for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis, as well as Psychiatric Urgent Care services on weekdays (8 am - 5 pm). The crisis center welcomes all people, all ages, and all forms of insurance.

If you or a loved one is experiencing an urgent mental health crisis that is non-life-threatening, such as severe depression, anxiety, manic episodes, suicidal thoughts, or severe symptoms due to substance use disorder, The Center’s highly trained staff is now standing by 24/7/365.

The newly added Psychiatric Urgent Care – available weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm – also offers patients psychiatric care that includes medications.
