I support women through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum with personalized nutrition that’s realistic and deeply supportive. I use functional labs, symptom assessment, and gentle nutrition strategies to help balance hormones, nourish mom and baby, and restore energy. My goal is to help women feel strong, confident, and well-supported in every season of motherhood.

🌳What’s one thing you love about your work?
I love helping women get to the root of their symptoms through functional nutrition testing—like hormone panels, mineral analysis, and stool testing!

🌳What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at Refuge?
I enjoy thrift shopping, making sourdough, and doing embroidery.
