Mother’s Day Eve began long before sunrise, will my children somehow awake and ready by 5 am to head in time with me to the flower market. As you can see from the ride into DTLA, the enthusiasm was absolutely amazing. After traveling through some of the hardest parts of LA, we were rewarded with the most breathtaking experience—rows and rows of the worlds most exotic and glorious flowers, every color and scent imaginable filling the warehouses around us. It felt like stepping into another world. We ended the morning in Little Tokyo with a lovely breakfast, surrounded by the unmistakeable energy of Shohei Ohtani everywhere we turned. It was the perfect beginning to Mother’s Day weekend, and I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter way to spend it than alongside my children. Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mamas. ❤️

This Earth Day, we remember when we took our kids and got our hands dirty—in the best way.🌿. As a family, we planted native plants in our own backyard . Not just because the are interesting, but because they belong here in California. Deep roots that hold the soil, plants support the local ecosystems, and small choices that help protect our homes from things like erosion, flooding and fires. Spending time with our children this way reminds us that caring for the Earth can start right where we are— with the people we love and in the places we love. Here’s to growing something that gives back season after season. ❤️

That’s why we are coming together with our colleagues from other specialities ( Ortho, Trauna, Vascular) to forge discussions focused on innovative methods and technologies. • Focus area: Robotics, vaginal surgery, minimally invasive approaches and personalized surgical planning.• Goal: To critically evaluate and integrate new, evidence -based practices into our current surgical techniques for advanced vaginal prolapse.

Eternal bonds are formed in childhood. We try to teach our youngest these lessons. Today, we are so guarded with our time together with each other and our children. When I was engrossed in my training and educational pursuits that separated me for hours and sometimes even days from my family, I never appreciated what giving my time and all my focus to being a urogynecologist was asking me to give up.
