This morning started in the most beautiful way. āœØ

I caught a Sunrise Rooftop Stretch/Core class at Lifetime in Palm Beach Gardensā€”and I was the only one there. A private moment of movement, breath, and stillness that felt like it was designed just for me. šŸ’›

The class was led by Charles C., who shared a powerful testimony of overcoming challenges that could have set him backā€”but by the grace of God, he kept going. That alone was a reminder I needed.

Moments like thisā€¦ quiet, intentional, groundedā€¦ they shift everything.
Now Iā€™m headed to Miami to spend the day with my high school studentsā€”ready to be energized by their creativity and spirit.

Grateful for mornings that pour into me so I can pour into others. šŸŒæ

This morning on the beach with my girl Tina felt like a full exhale.
She was in NJ for a while, and having her back with me in Florida just feels like home again. šŸ’›

Spring Break is hereā€¦ and Iā€™m leaning into rest, presence, and gratitude.
Moments like this remind me what it means to be grounded, to breathe, and to simply be.

Iā€™ve been a little quiet on here for the past couple of months ā€” there was a reason for that.

Is it about everything we can buy, collect, or flex?
Orā€”for those of us who believeā€”is it about the birth of Christ?
A Savior entering the world in the most humble way possible.

What does this season mean to you?
Family? Rest? Reflection? Community? Joy?

Flying back to Florida after the holiday, I was grateful for an uneventful flight ā€” nothing went wrong, we even arrived early ā€” but the view? Absolutely breathtaking. ā˜€ļøāœØ
