I studied the best of the best across disciplines to understand what are the practices what are the tools that they use that allows them to shine so brilliantly year over a year.
What’s Your What is filled with doable practices and teachings to clarify and activate your unique gifts.

Alright! How’d you do???

We just made it through Thanksgiving in the United States. Whether you celebrate or don’t, whether you were with people or by yourself, let’s check in to see how well you took care of yourself.

what worked well. What areas could use some extra care.

Holidays can have a lot of weight to them, a lot of expectation about how they should be. Nostalgia about how they used to be. Maybe anxiety or maybe pure delight.

Whatever the case, more holidays are coming up.

That’s the name of the game.
As we head into the holidays, the suggestion is to decide already what you would like to experience and then, BE IT & BRING IT!

Whether you will be with others or by yourself, Preparedness is all.

So the invitation is to decide now how you would like the holidays to unfold and demonstrate to yourself that you’ve got your back by taking good care of yourself and preparing now.

The incomparable celebrating Agape International Spiritual Center’s 39th anniversary! It’s rare for a spiritual center to have this kind of longevity. I’m so grateful to be part of such a loving, practicing, elevating community.

Beautiful.🌷

During the filming of Schindler’s List (1993), Steven Spielberg lived inside a nightmare recreated in black and white a story of unthinkable cruelty, filmed on the very soil where it had happened. Each day in Kraków left him heavier, quieter, haunted. “I felt like I was living inside the tragedy,” he once said. “The line between past and present began to blur.”

And then… the phone would ring. ☎️

“Helloooooo! This is your daily dose of insanity!” came the unmistakable voice of Robin Williams loud, wild, impossible to ignore.

Robin didn’t ask, “How are you?” He already knew. He’d dive straight into chaos maybe penguins running a deli in Poland, or two philosophers arguing in bad Italian accents. Sometimes, Spielberg would start the call in silence… and end up laughing so hard he could barely breathe.

“Robin had a radar for sadness,” Spielberg said. “He could feel when I was slipping too deep. And then he’d just appear, out of nowhere, with joy.”

The calls weren’t scheduled. They came in the middle of the night, during editing, between takes like divine interruptions. One evening, after filming the devastating liquidation of the Kraków ghetto, Spielberg sat alone, shattered. The phone rang again.

Robin burst into a skit about two circus elephants trying to start a jazz band. 🎺🐘
“Larry, your trunk’s out of tune!”
“Well, maybe if you stopped playing the tuba with your nostrils!”

For ten minutes, Spielberg laughed until his tears weren’t from grief anymore. When it ended, he said quietly, “Robin… you have no idea what you just did for me.”
Robin replied,

“Oh, I think I do. Even God needs a laugh after watching the world too long.”

Years later, Spielberg reflected:

“Robin’s calls weren’t entertainment they were rescue missions.”

Sometimes love doesn’t come as flowers or speeches. Sometimes it’s a voice on the other end of the line saying,

“Hey, pal… let’s find a little light tonight.” 💫
