Backstage reporting Live from the Laundry Room with three powerhouse quotes to contemplate:

*Does life follow our predictions or meet our expectations?
- Greg Braden, The Divine Matrix

*The object of our attention becomes the reality of our world.
- Greg Braden, The Divine Matrix

*You can’t find satisfaction in a world too small.
- Michael Bernard Beckwith

Soooo….. If life is following our predictions or meeting our expectations, the obvious question is, what are you deciding to predict?? What are you deciding to expect????

BECAUSE….. The object of your attention becomes the reality of your world!

Where is your focus?
Where are your thoughts?
Do you let your mind wander?
Do you let it wreak havoc?
(Or am I the only one!!!🤷🏼‍♀️😊)

Since you cannot find satisfaction in a world, too small, is it time to dream a bigger dream? Is it time to expand, grow, go for it????!✨🌟✨

Blessings on your journey.

There’s something powerful about reconnecting with the part of us that came before the expectations, the labels, and the stories we learned along the way.

If that younger version of you were sitting in front of you right now, what would they need to hear? Maybe not advice. Maybe not correction. Just reassurance. Presence. A sense that they’re not alone in this life. You've got them.

Sometimes healing begins with a simple shift. Becoming the one who stays. The one who reminds that younger self, again and again, you are worthy, you are loved, you are lovable, and you, BELOVED, are enough!

So much of life is built around reaching, proving, and measuring. Hitting marks. Meeting expectations. Trying to be enough. Never fully feeling enough. Going for more. Doing more. An endless, exhausting loop.

But what if worth isn’t something we arrive at? What if it’s the starting point? A baseline that doesn’t shift based on performance, validation, or outcomes.

From that place, action doesn’t stop. It changes. It becomes an expression instead of a requirement. Not something we do to be enough, but something that flows from already being enough.

Practice the following affirmation and notice how your interactions and experiences shift:
I AM.
I AM LOVED.
I AM LOVABLE.
I AM WORTHY.
I AM ENOUGH.

Yes, you are!
Blessings on your journey.

There’s a difference between learning something and knowing it. There's a difference between talking about a thing and being it!Practice matters.
Repetition matters.
But at some point, there must be embodiment.
This requires a conscious decision. A choice. What am I now saying yes to? What am I now saying no to?

When that shift happens, you stop second-guessing every move. You act with clarity. You trust the shot you take. Not because you’re guaranteed an outcome, but because you’re grounded in something deeper than doubt. You are rooted in truth. Your truth.
What is true about you?
What is in alignment with you?
What is a full-bodied YES for you right now?

Living this way doesn’t mean having all the answers.
It means trusting that your life is working with you, not against you. And when that trust becomes steady, your choices reflect it.

Play with this mantra for the week and notices how things (you!) shift!
I TRUST MY LIFE.
I TRUST THAT MY LIFE IS FOR ME.

When you feel nervousness or worry about someone else, lean into these mantras:
I TRUST THEIR LIFE.
I TRUST THAT THEIR LIFE IS FOR THEM.

When you shift your energetic frequency from fear to fierceness, the universe responds accordingly. As a game, practice the above affirmations for one full week and be on the hunt for positive shifts- let me know what it's like when your daily response to all things is:
I TRUST MY LIFE.
I TRUST THAT MY LIFE IS FOR ME. NOW. ALWAYS. FOREVER!!

Blessings on your journey.

Sharing some Queen Kathleen wisdom.

Her words were a guiding light for me as my child was growing up and continue to be a daily mantra now.

Passing along her wisdom so it can bless you as well. No matter what you have been through or are moving through now, the opportunity is to decide:

I TRUST MY LIFE.
I TRUST THAT MY LIFE IS FOR ME!🌟🌟🌟

If you are feeling concern about someone else, you can decide:

I TRUST THEIR LIFE.
I TRUST THAT THEIR LIFE IS FOR THEM!
🌟🌟🌟

I am trusting that Rev Kathleen’s eternal ongoingness is one of ease, grace and beauty reflecting back to her all the Good she shared here on earth.💜🪽

There's a teaching in shamanism, 'receive the medicine of a thing and release the rest.' Meaning, take in what nurtures you without holding on to more than you need. Not everything we experience is meant to be held forever. Some things are meant to be felt, understood, integrated, and then released. Like the red string the monk tied around my neck on Mount Everest. It was there as a physical prayer of support, safety, success. It stayed around my neck the whole time I was on Everest and for nine months after. And then one day, in its own time, it simply fell away. I had received its 'medicine.' I had metabolized its gift and then it was time to release it. That's called, Walking the Way.
Moving with grace. Simplicity. Honor.

I’ve had moments where something stayed with me for a season, long enough to be fully received. And then, without effort, it was gone. Not lost, just completed.

Is something complete now for you? Is it time to release, let go, allow more, trust more???

We don’t need to hold onto everything to honor it. Sometimes the deepest respect is in allowing the lesson to do its work and then be released so it returns to pure usable source energy for the next person coming down the road.

Blessings on your journey.

There’s a difference between constantly gathering and intentionally releasing. We’re often taught to grow by adding.
More is better.
More wins.
More knowledge, more tools, more achievements.
But there’s another way. One that asks us to let go of what’s unnecessary, what’s heavy, what no longer serves.

Letting go creates space. Space for clarity, for presence, for something more essential to emerge. It’s not about having nothing. It’s about not being owned by what we have.

There’s a natural rhythm to life that we can feel when we’re aligned with it. Some describe it as a deeper order or flow that guides how things unfold. Synchronicity. Ease. Grace.

When we’re in sync with that rhythm, movement feels smoother. Not effortless, but supported. When we’re out of alignment, even simple things can feel heavy or forced.

For me, it’s like a bicycle chain. When it’s in place, you glide forward, no thought needed. When it’s off, no amount of effort gets you where you want to go. The practice is learning to notice the difference and then, with a breath, re-align, and begin again.
