This pregnancy package is specifically designed for the pregnancy phase of the journey. A full physical therapy evaluation will be performed on the first session to address any underlying pain, limited mobility and begin education and mobility work in preparation for labor and delivery. The following two sessions will progress the preparation exercises, mobility and strategies in order to increase your confidence and give your body both strength for the delivery process. We will also be giving you a jumpstart for the postpartum phase as we address prepare your pelvic floor, core and body for healing and returning to baseline.

Belle Pelvic PT is offering a "New Mama" package of 3 treatment sessions at a special discount price.

This package is specifically designed for the postpartum phase. The initial session will include a full physical therapy and pelvic floor evaluation. In this session the PT will assess for diastasis recti, prolapse, scar healing and more. In the following 2 sessions the PT will give you specialized strengthening and mobility exercises to jump start you back to both exercise and mobility pain free.
