Today we gathered in sisterhood for a sacred Despacho Ceremony. Together blew our prayers into Kintus for ourselves, family & friends, and community/world. Then added them with offerings and gratitude into a living mandala of beauty and reciprocity with Pachamama.

Rooted soul sisters, hand in hand, heart to heart — releasing what no longer serves, calling in what nourishes, and remembering that we are always held by the Great Mother.

May these prayers ripple out into the world, blessing all beings, all directions, all of life.

The final day of the retreat was amazing. Sara lead a morning energy flow circle that brought me to tears with gratitude.

We gathered up the sticks of our sand paintings that held the old stories and our dreams for our highest vibrational world to place into the fire 🔥 to transform the old patterns / stories, while the smoke carried our dreams to Great Spirit.

Day 1 of the dream your world into being complete. We released what no long serves us, ate a delicious nourishing vegetarian meal, and drummed, rattled and chanted around the fire. 🔥

Sitting on my deck, feet grounded, heart open.

The bees buzzed joyfully from bloom to bloom, drunk on pollen and purpose. 🐝
And then, a visitor — the hummingbird moth — arrived like a whisper, wings humming, body hovering in that in-between space where magic lives.

So much life in the stillness.
So much presence in the ordinary.

May we always make time to witness the wonder. 🌸🌀

Today I received the gift of Sound Healing from the beautiful Sara 💗
Her intuitive presence and the healing frequencies she shared moved energy in such a powerful, gentle way.

As the vibrations flowed through my body, I felt tension melt, clarity rise, and a deep return to stillness.✨

Three days. Alone. With the mountain, the land, and the water.
At Nurture Through Nature, I entered sacred space with the Earth to listen deeply and connect with the spirit of this land.

In stillness and ceremony, the final vision for the “Dream Your World Into Being” Shamanic Retreat came through.
The mountain whispered wisdom.
The waters flowed with clarity.
The trees stood witness as I dreamed with Spirit.

I am beyond grateful for this time of reflection, alignment, and sacred preparation.
The retreat is not just being planned — it’s being birthed from the land itself.

The mountains are ancient teachers — holding the memory of the Earth, whispering truths through the winds, and standing in unwavering presence.

In shamanic tradition, we turn to the mountains for grounding, guidance, and perspective.
They remind us to rise above our fears, to see with eagle vision, and to root deeply into our medicine.

🪶 Sit in silence with the mountains.
🔥 Offer your prayers to the stones.
🌿 Let the stillness speak what the world cannot.

The mountain does not rush, yet all things are accomplished.
She teaches us to stand tall, walk with purpose, and hold our power with humility.

Honor the Apus. Listen to the Earth. Remember who you are.

Gratitude for the Sacred Circle 🔥🌕

I am so deeply grateful for the beautiful spiritual beings who showed up with open hearts and strong spirits at our Full Moon Ceremony.

We gathered around the sacred fire — singing, drumming, and holding powerful space for one another.
We were courageous…
Courageous enough to step forward and face the flames,
to release what no longer serves,
to let go of old stories, pain, fear, and doubt.

Together, we created something ancient and true.
A remembering.
A healing.
A return.

Thank you for bringing your light, your voice, and your presence.

Preparing to step into Ceremony tonight under the radiant light of the July Full Moon, we gather in sacred circle, around the fire that knows our prayers, our grief, our dreams.
The flames rise like ancient voices, whispering truth and transformation.
We offer to***co, breath, and song.
We release what no longer serves—old stories, stagnant energy, and limiting beliefs—into the sacred fire.
The July Full Moon, often called the Buck Moon.This name is derived from the fact that male deer (bucks) typically begin growing new antlers at this time of year. It is also known as the Thunder Moon, due to the frequent summer thunderstorms in July
invites us to honor our growth, inner strength, and the shedding of past layers so we can step boldly into who we are becoming.
This is the way of the fire.
This is the way of the moon.
This is the way of the soul returning home. 🌙
✨May the sparks carry your intentions to Spirit.
✨May your heart be ignited with purpose.
✨May this Full Moon awaken the medicine within you.
