Altra Lone Peaks with a few hundred miles, meet a fresh set of Run 619 MFM insoles.
They aren’t a wide toe box design, but we built them just a touch wider from heel to toe and shaped the forefoot to play nice with wide-toe shoes like the Lone Peak. Available in 11 sizes for the best fit possible, this pair dropped in with no trimming needed. For extra precision, they trim down clean for a truly custom fit.
