Our daily experiences and emotional responses are influenced by brain chemicals called neurotransmitters.
These chemicals are made from amino acids, the tiny building blocks found in whole foods. Amino acids help the brain produce neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin, the "feel good" chemicals.
When the brain doesn't have enough of these tiny building blocks, people can experience low mood, poor sleep, stress, and brain fog.
Nutrition plays a powerful role in not only the way the body functions, but also our outlook on life!
