It’s a perfect day for some 🙌🏽🙌🏽 this morning was eerily foggy, clearing up now but I must say either or, it’s perfect glow yoga weather 👌🏽🌈🌙🌙 don’t forget about the fun tonight ❤️❤️ 8:00-9:30 at The Yoga Barn 🎉🎉 well have glow sticks and glow paint and we’ll be glowing and flowing like bosses 👊🏽👊🏽 hope to see u there 🙏🏽😘

This Friday I’ll be aside 2 amazing yoga instructors 🙏🏽❤️ for some Halloween inspired fun! Black lights, glow sticks, glow paint...cookies 🤷🏽‍♀️🎉 what’s not to love?! Grab a friend $12 I can’t wait 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘‍♂️🌈🌈🌙🌙 8-9:30 PM at the yoga barn

Woke up to terrible news. Due to the weather today’s classes have to be canceled😰😭😭😭 the studio unavailable ⛈⛈⛈and it’s too cold and wet to move it outside. My heart is broken I am so sorry. Please share and know how very sorry I am

Hey peeps 👋🏽 it’s time to get this yoga pad open for classes 🕉☯️ I have the coziest studio right behind the BIG SPRING HEALTH FOOD STORE ❤️❤️ I mean yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ + kombucha or annny health Yumssss?! Basically Hand in hand. Perf combo.

So this Saturday October 13th come see my cozy yoga pad, and join me for a soft opening. lets Get this joint full. Miss y’all and can’t wait to see some peeps ready for some yoga fun!!

Vinyasa flow (introducing poses, modifications shown in all classes, holds and slower paced)
3:00-4:00 PM

Power yoga (faster paced, yet still modifications shown. Good for any levels just be ready to go faster)
4:30-5:30 PM

BOTH classes have a wonderful cool down and I always have props to help deepen or adjust and correct your poses. BOTH classes only $5 a piece yet will offer FREE classes for kids whom wanna try: ages 8-12 💞

Also bathroom/changing area on site for those short on time 😘

Heeeeey guys 🤗🤗 class scheduling is currently in progress!! Yay! Until then as of next week I will be doing personals everyday. I am a certified 500hr power yoga instructor. I can work with anyone at their personal level. Keeping any health issues at mind and modifying and adjusting at a personal level: Prenatal offered as is kids. I am currently messaging everyone back, sorry for the late response. But Text me or message to get a spot 🤗💖
