Permanent Makeup Artist: www.empowHERdesthetics.com I am a multifaceted rural entrepreneur, a fifth-generation RanchHer, and proud to carry on the legacy of strong women in agriculture. My family and I raise draf

t-cross horses, and I am an enrolled member of the Oglala Lakota Sioux Tribe from Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Honoring my heritage, preserving ranch life, and celebrating the role of women in agriculture are at the heart of what I do. My personal journey has been one of transformation - I lost over 100 pounds and have kept it off for nearly two years. That experience fueled my passion for helping other women step into their best selves. As a certified health coach, I now guide women toward healthier, happier, and more confident lives through sustainable habits and mindset shifts. The Native Cowgirl is more than just a brand - it’s a lifestyle rooted in grit, growth, and gratitude. Whether I’m sharing the daily rhythms of ranch life, health tips, or motivational stories, my mission is to empower and uplift women everywhere. “She wasn’t born herself
she found herself
over a long
and treacherous road
and the more treacherous
the road became
the more of herself
she found.”
~ Atticus

Here’s to all the mamas out there
the women carrying worlds on their shoulders while still reaching for the stars.✹

Never give up on your dreams. Never quit just because the road is longer or harder than you imagined. Growth is rarely comfortable, and becoming who you were meant to be often comes through the hardest seasons of life.

But mama
never forget how strong you truly are!

Always remember who is watching you. Little eyes learn more from our actions than our words. The way you love, fight, heal, persevere, and rise again matters more than you know.

There is so much power in motherhood. The hand that rocks the cradle truly does shape the future. Walk in that power with grace, courage, wisdom, and determination. Own who you are
and never stop finding yourself along the way.

In my opinion, “Mom” will always be the most important title I ever hold.

I owe so much to my own mother. She probably doesn’t fully realize the impact she had on me, but she shaped who I am in countless ways. She didn’t teach me through speeches
she taught me through the way she lived. Through her strength. Her resilience. Her example.

I will forever be grateful to have been raised by a strong woman who showed me what it meant to love deeply, work hard, and keep going no matter what.

‱

Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful mom and to all the mothers out there. May you always remember how incredible, powerful, and deeply needed you truly are.❀

Out here
nothing worth having comes easy.

The wind will test you.
The ground will feel uneven.
There will be days you question everything.

But that doesn’t mean you stop.

Going after your goals takes courage

the kind that shows up even when you’re tired, even when it’s hard, even when no one is clapping for you.

It takes perseverance

choosing to keep going when it would be easier to quit.

Because the truth is

it’s not supposed to be easy.

Growth will stretch you.
Change will challenge you.
And the path won’t always be clear.

But it will be worth it.

Every early morning.
Every setback.
Every time you chose to rise instead of run.

Stay the course.
Trust the process.
And don’t you dare give up on the life you know you’re meant to live.

Winner! Winner!! ✹

Thank you to everyone who voted and shared feedback. I appreciate you more than you know. This new logo is a blend of the top two choices
and I personally think it’s a winner!

I’ve been a certified health coach for almost 7 years, and I’ve had a couple of logos along the way. But this one feels different. This one feels like it’s going to stand the test of time.

As a health coach, I help women simplify their health, fuel their bodies with real food, build sustainable habits, and create a lifestyle they actually enjoy. I specialize in intermittent fasting, mindset, and helping women break free from the all-or-nothing cycle so they can feel strong, confident, and in control again.

This work isn’t just what I do
it’s what I love. There is nothing better than watching a woman step into the best version of herself.

If you’ve been thinking about making a change
this might be your sign. I would love to walk alongside you on your journey.💓

What if you did what you’ve always wanted to do

Not someday.
Not when everything lines up perfectly.
Not when the fear disappears.

But now.

What if you trusted that quiet pull in your heart

the one that keeps whispering there’s more for you?

What if you stopped overthinking
and started believing?

Faith doesn’t mean you have it all figured out.
It means you take the step anyway.

Out here, in the wide open, I’ve learned something

the path doesn’t show itself all at once.
It reveals itself one step at a time.

So maybe today isn’t about having the whole plan.
Maybe it’s just about having enough faith to begin.

Do the thing.
Take the step.
Trust the journey.

You were never meant to stay where you are.

Earth Day means a little more when you live close to the land.

Out here, the earth is not something we pass by without noticing. It is the dust on our boots, the grass beneath our horses, the sunrise over the pasture, the smell of fresh rain and the quiet reminder that we are part of something bigger than ourselves.

The land teaches us patience, resilience and gratitude. It reminds us to slow down, breathe deeper and appreciate the simple things.

Today, take a moment to step outside. Feel the sunshine on your face, listen to the birds, watch the wind move through the grass
and remember that healing, peace and strength can still be found in the beauty around us.

We only get one earth. May we care for it, honor it and never forget how much it gives us in return.

Happy Earth Day! đŸŒŽđŸ«¶đŸŒ

Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is step away from the noise.

Put down the phone. Turn off the constant chatter. Leave behind the pressure, the comparison and the endless need to keep up.

Go where the wild things grow.

Go where the air is fresh, the sky is wide and the only thing asking for your attention is the sound of the wind through the trees, the creek running over rocks or a horse grazing in the distance.

There is something about being out there
away from the world
that helps you remember who you are underneath all the stress and expectations. The woman you were before life got so loud.

The truth is, you do not have to have all the answers right now. Sometimes you just need a little quiet. A little space. A little dirt on your boots and sun on your face.

Unplug. Breathe deep. Find yourself again
right where the wild things grow.

Yesterday was a big day
I officially passed my permanent makeup certification at Timeless Beauty Academy! ✹

I have dreamed about doing this for a long time, and yesterday it became real. Thank you, Brooke! You are amazing, and I have learned so much from you
and we aren’t done yet! đŸ˜ŠđŸ«¶đŸŒ

This sweet client, Shannon, had never had any permanent makeup done before, and trusting me with her brows meant more than I can say. 💓

Seeing the before and after side by side reminded me why I wanted to do this in the first place. It isn’t about changing who we are. It’s about helping women feel a little more confident, a little more polished, and a little more like themselves. đŸ‘žđŸ»

There is something so special about watching someone look in the mirror and smile. đŸ„°

I am proud of myself for stepping outside my comfort zone, learning something new, and proving that it is never too late to chase another dream.

A huge thank you to everyone who has encouraged me, supported me and believed in me along the way. This is just the beginning
and I cannot wait to see where this journey leads! đŸ„°

There is something about a horse in winter that feels a little like life itself.

The cold leaves its mark. The frost clings. The wind can be hard and the days can feel long.

But still
they show up.

Steady. Quiet. Strong.

This old ranch life has taught me that resilience doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like putting one foot in front of the other when the world feels heavy. Sometimes it looks like soft eyes, a frosted nose and the kind of strength that doesn’t need to prove itself.

You do not have to be perfect to be powerful.
You do not have to have it all figured out to keep moving forward.

Just keep showing up
even in the cold.

Some of the most beautiful things in life don’t grow in perfect places.

They grow in the wind
on the mountainside
through the rocks and the cold and the storms.

Life can feel that way too. Rugged. Uncertain. Heavy.

But maybe the hard places aren’t proof that we’re broken. Maybe they’re proof of how strong we are becoming.

There is beauty in surviving.
There is beauty in carrying on when things are hard.
There is beauty in the parts of your story that didn’t go the way you planned.

Just like these pasqueflowers blooming against a rugged mountain backdrop
you do not need perfect conditions to grow.

You can still bloom in the middle of the hard season.
You can still become something beautiful.
