“My hips haven’t felt this good since I had my first baby 20 years ago.”

That’s what my client told me after her session.

Years of tension, tight hips, low back pressure, desk-job posture, stress, old compensation patterns. Your body starts adapting to discomfort so slowly that you forget what normal is supposed to feel like.

Until one day you get off the table and get a taste of what’s it’s like to feel more like yourself. Able to move more freely and comfortably.

If your hips feel locked up, your low back stays tight, or you constantly shift positions trying to get comfortable… your muscles may not need more stretching.

They may need the right hands working the right areas.

Therapeutic massage focused on:
• hips
• glutes
• low back
• SI joint tension
• mobility + pain relief

Has this ever happened to you before?

A client came in describing that she had golf ball sized knots sitting right above her sacrum.

Not just tight muscles. These were dense, sticky areas in her low back that had been there for a long time. The kind that make it uncomfortable to sit, stiff to stand up, and always feel like something’s off no matter how you move.

Instead of just digging into those spots, we worked the surrounding areas first—hips, glutes, and the fascia that was keeping everything locked down and pulling on her low back.

Once her body started to let go, those “knots” finally began to soften.

By the end of the session, she was moving easier, standing more upright, and didn’t have that same pressure sitting in her low back.

Later she told me:

“Those golf ball sized knots I had in my low back are finally gone. I feel so much better.”

Most people think low back tension like that is just part of life. Usually… it’s not.

Lower back always tight and knotted up? This is exactly what we worked on.

One of my clients came in dealing with constant lower back tension. Those deep, stubborn knots that never seem to fully go away.

During her session, I used targeted techniques to release what she described as “golf ball-sized knots.”

Here’s what surprised her most, she expected to be sore the next day.

She wasn’t.

Almost no soreness.
Just a back that finally felt loosened and free.

That’s the goal. Not just pressure. Real, lasting relief.

If your back constantly feels tight, stiff, or “locked up,” this is exactly the kind of work I specialize in.

Husbands: if your wife always has tight shoulders, this is the Mother’s Day gift she actually wants.

Not another last-minute bouquet.
Not another dinner reservation she’ll have to help plan.

Something that actually takes care of her.

Because the truth is, she’s been carrying more than she lets on.

The tension in her shoulders,
the tightness in her neck,
that constant low-level stress in her body.

She’s been pushing through it.

And while one massage feels amazing,
it doesn’t last.

That’s why I created the Body Maintenance Membership at Body Remedies.

It’s not a one-time treat.

It’s consistent care that helps her:
• Release built-up tension before it turns into pain
• Move better, breathe easier, and actually relax
• Have time every month where she’s the one being taken care of

This is the kind of gift she feels…
not just on Mother’s Day—
but every single month after.

“My lungs feel… open.”

That’s what she said halfway through her session.

And she wasn’t talking about taking a deeper breath on purpose, it just happened.

Here’s why:

Your breathing isn’t just about your lungs.
It’s controlled by your diaphragm… and supported by muscles through your ribs, chest, back, and even your neck.

When those areas get tight (stress, posture, sitting, life), your breath gets shallow without you even realizing it.

So during her session, as we started releasing the tension around her ribcage, chest, and upper back, her body did what it’s supposed to do.

It breathed.

Deeper. Easier. Freer.

That “lung release” feeling?

It’s your nervous system calming down.
It’s your diaphragm finally having space to move again. It’s your body coming out of that tight, braced state it’s been stuck in.

Most people walk around holding their breath all day and don’t even know it.

Until their body lets go.

And that’s one of those moments you don’t forget.

If you’ve ever felt like you can’t quite get a full breath, your body might not need more effort.

It might just need to let go.

Mobile massage and in clinic massage.

See that shoulder blade sticking up?

In the before photo, her shoulder blade is winging, lifting off the ribcage instead of resting flat.

That usually means the muscles around it aren’t supporting it well and other areas (like the neck and upper traps) are overworking to compensate.

Translation?
Tension, tightness, and that constant “my shoulders feel stuck” feeling.

Now look at the after.

That shoulder blade is more flattened, supported, and settled into the body.

Less pulling.
Less guarding.
More stability.

This isn’t just relaxation. This is your body reorganizing how it holds itself.

A lot of people walk around with this and don’t even realize it.
They just know their shoulders always feel tight, uneven, or tired.

If one of your shoulder blades feels like it’s popping up or never fully relaxes, there’s a reason and it’s something we can work on.

Anyone else in Billings dealing with constant neck or back tightness lately?

Between desk jobs, long shifts on your feet, and just day-to-day stress… I’m seeing a lot of people whose bodies are just stuck in tension.

I believe in the power of touch—something we even see in the Bible through the laying on of hands. And what’s interesting is, across cultures and even modern research, we see the same thing:

Intentional, skilled touch can actually help the body shift.

It can:
• Reduce pain
• Calm the nervous system
• Help muscles finally release instead of staying tight

That’s why in my work, I keep it simple.

No tools. No add-ons.

Just hands—so I can actually feel what’s going on in your body, follow the tension, and know when things start to release.

Most of my clients come to me after trying everything else… and just want their body to feel normal again.

If your neck, shoulders, or low back have been bothering you for a while, you don’t have to just push through it.

BIG NEWS🎉

If your neck and back keep tightening back up…

it’s not random.

It’s your body staying in a constant state of muscle guarding.

Most people try to stretch it out, ignore it, or wait for it to pass.
But until the nervous system settles, the tension comes right back.

That’s why your sessions are focused on more than just pressure.

We’re:
• Releasing overactive muscle patterns
• Creating space through the hips and surrounding structures
• Reducing strain on the joints
• Helping your nervous system come out of stress mode

So your body can actually hold the results.

This is how you go from:
“temporary relief” → to lasting change

Less tension.
Better movement.
More comfort in your day-to-day life.

This is targeted, results-driven bodywork.

If you’re tired of the same pain patterns showing up…
let’s fix the root of it.
