As Black History Month comes to a close, we pause to honor the resilience, brilliance, and strength woven into Black history — not just in the past, but in the present.

Black history is living history. It is innovation. It is culture. It is leadership. It is healing.

We also recognize that strength does not mean silence. Resilience does not mean you have to carry everything alone. Protecting your mental health is an act of empowerment. Seeking support is not weakness — it is wisdom.

Black History Is Still Being Written — Including Our Mental Health Story.

Mental health disparities continue to impact the African American community due to historical trauma, systemic barriers, and stigma. This Black History Month, we recommit to breaking cycles and creating safe spaces for healing.

Please join us for Brunching with the therapists. Let's get more emotionally healthy. There will be an icebreaker, food, laughter, and discussion. The therapists will lead the discussion but there will also be space for the audience to ask questions and get information to questions that they may have been thinking about but never have been able to ask or felt comfortable in asking.
