This week was a full circle moment 💚 — I had the honor of presenting at the 75th Annual Mississippi Counseling Association Conference on “Disengage to Reconnect: Strategies for Digital Detox & Boundary Setting in a Tech-Saturated World.”

Even therapists need reminders to pause, unplug, and come back to self. 🌿

Kensley proudly serves as President of the Pine Belt Counseling Association. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board Certified Counselor, with professional roles at Catalyst Counseling and Therapy Services, LLC and as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Grand Canyon University.

Kensley has been a dedicated member of the Mississippi Counseling Association for 4 years.
