Chickens 🐓 are able to see more colors than humans. Humans have 3 color cones that filter red 🔴, blue 🔵 and green 🟢 lights. Chickens have 4 cones that filter red 🔴, blue 🔵, green 🟢 and UV light 🟣. This is called tetrachromatic which means they can see about 100 million color variations. This is a chicken super power 🦸♀️ as it allows them to see the sun rising 🌅 long before we can.
