Extension loss of the knee after ACL surgery can be debilitating. This athlete presented to us with significant loss of extension after her ACL surgery was performed at an outside hospital. We performed knee arthroscopy with lysis of adhesions, posterior capsule release, and manipulation under anesthesia to restore knee extension.

Tibial spine avulsion fractures can be challenging to manage. In this video, we demonstrate the reduction and fixation of a ACL avulsion fracture in a lacrosse athlete. We use bioabsorbable nails to fix the fracture back down to its anatomic position.
