❓: Tammy Moore is the State Parent Consultant for Children’s Rehabilitation Service (CRS), a division of the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services. She is also the co-founder of the Costello Syndrome Family Network.

❓: Dr. Johnson is an Assistant Professor at the UAB School of Nursing SON specializing in mental health nursing. Dr. Johnson has been the lead psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner at several nurse-led clinics serving low-income adults with chronic disease since 2013. In 2018, she became the Lead Nurse Practitioner and Coordinator of Mental Health and Wellness for the Nurse Family Partnership of Greater Alabama.
