I REALIZED that the other day I told one of my customers something crazy... I told her my family eats CRACKED EGGS.

I didn't think anything of it because I know what goes into our eggs and chickens:

-our chickens are fed a high quality diet, full of prebiotics and probiotics and vegetarian table scraps. We also fortify their food with extra minerals and supplements. Their happiness is of the upmost importance: plenty of light, forage, room to play and be a chicken (or rooster).

-we use a roll out egg layer system that keeps the eggs clean and away from soil-age right from the start.

-we collect the eggs within 6-8hrs of laying (usually less than an hour).

-we maintain their bloom as long as possible and (unless otherwise requested) refrigerate the eggs as soon as they are gathered.

-we know when we crack an egg 😩. We set these aside and scramble them up where they are cooked thoroughly and eat them very quickly.

-we also gently wash our eggs before selling and check for any imperfections again.

PLEASE DONT EAT A CRACKED EGG when you dont know when its been cracked-- my family knows exactly when and under what conditions. If we dont: the dogs have a nice supper!

ALWAYS: let me know if you get a cracked egg or any egg you are concerned about and we will happily replace them 🥰

This project is all about improving the health of as many people as we can with the highest quality nutrition and education we can provide 🥰❤️
