Imagine just for a moment if a strong majority of physical health issues, disease, mental health issues (anxiety, depression, etc.) were symptoms of living against your authenticity and or feeling stuck in a life you didn't want. All the coping skills, therapy, speciality drinks, addictions were our most desperate attempts to forget the past, change the present, and fix the makeup of our present life. What if we could heal what's happened to us and create change that allows us an authentic life. What if our anxiety, depression, chronic illness improved.
