Just over a year ago, a scrappy, determined coalition of local pharmacists took on billion-dollar special interests and won. We celebrate a year of SB252 here in Alabama, but the work is far from over. National reform can level the playing field for all Americans. Contact your congressional representative and tell them you support the Pharmacists Fight Back legislation.

These guys and so many more fought hard to make PBM reform happen in Alabama. Today has been years in the making, but we're proud to say that Governor Ivey has officially signed SB252 into law! The work continues, but today, we celebrate a major win for independent pharmacies in Alabama.

It doesn’t make sense that your neighborhood’s small, independent pharmacies that do all the work to take care of you should be underpaid and effectively shut down by big insurance benefit managers. If you agree, contact your congressperson and tell them to support Pharmacists Fight Back legislation.

Call your legislator and tell them to support Pharmacists Fight Back 6609 and 6610. These bills will bring national reform that will force insurance middlemen to compensate independent pharmacies fairly.
