This hands-on, lineage-informed certification is devoted to the therapeutic restoration of the Sacred Womb through indigenous womb massage traditions and plant medicine.
Rooted in ancestral healing systems and drawing from Thai Womb Lifting, Herbal Compress Therapy, and African and Nile Valley womb healing arts, this training equips practitioners with structured, ethical protocols to support uterine alignment, pelvic vitality, circulation, postpartum restoration, and reproductive wellness.
Womb massage is both physical and energetic. Through intentional touch, warmth, and rhythmic technique, practitioners are trained to support uterine mobility, pelvic balance, and emotional release—while honoring the womb as a living center of intelligence and life force.

This instructor certification is devoted to the embodiment, activation, and ethical teaching of womb-centered sacred movement.
Ma YONI ’aT Womb Yoga is a sacred feminine embodiment system rooted in ancient Kemetic wisdom and expressed through intentional movement, breath, sound, affirmation, and ancestral body language. This training prepares you to confidently guide others while deepening your own liberation, sovereignty, and spiritual authority.
Womb Yoga honors the womb as both a physical center and a spiritual portal, a living seat of creation, intuition, memory, and cellular intelligence.
This certification equips instructors with structured methodology, embodied practice, and ethical foundations necessary to teach womb-centered classes, circles, and private sessions with clarity and integrity.
During this immersive three-day training you will:
• Study the energy and intelligence of the womb as both anatomical and spiritual center
• Learn sacred Kemetic postures (Sanuyaat) and ancestral alignment principles
• Practice womb-centered movement sequences for activation and restoration
• Integrate breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, and rhythmic hip flow
