We offer programs for beginners in meditation as well as experienced practitioners. We don't want finances to keep you from learning about meditation or Buddhism. Therefore, our Generosity Policy applies to most of our "paid" programs, with these options: Pay Full Price, "Pay What You Can" and "Help Someone Else, too" prices. Again, all of the above events are FREE and open to the general public. Want to Donate? http://birmingham.shambhala.org/community/donate/
