MONDAYS
7-7:30am - Mindfulness meditation. No instruction.
5:30-6:30pm - 11th Step Sangha
7-8pm - Mindfulness meditation. Free instruction - arrive 10 minutes early.
8:15-9pm - Optional group discussion with themes relating to meditation, mindfulness, Buddhism, etc. TUESDAYS
7-8pm - Mindfulness meditation. Free instruction - arrive 10 minutes early.
8-9pm - Young Adults Group (20's & 30's). WEDNESDAYS
7-7:30am - Mindfulness meditation. No instruction. THURSDAYS
12-1pm - Mindfulness meditation. No instruction.
7-8pm - Mindfulness meditation. Free instruction - arrive 10 minutes early.
8-8:45pm - Guided compassion practice. FRIDAYS

5:30-6:30pm - Refuge Recovery

SUNDAYS
10-1pm - Sunday Unplugged (Extended, monthly meditation session. Held the 3rd or 4th Sunday - see website calendar.)
6:30-7:30pm - Refuge Recovery

Those of all spiritual and cultural backgrounds are invited to explore our offerings in the quest to find a mind of compassion, kindness, gentleness and sanity. We offer programs for beginners in meditation as well as experienced practitioners. We don't want finances to keep you from learning about meditation or Buddhism. Therefore, our Generosity Policy applies to most of our "paid" programs, with these options: Pay Full Price, "Pay What You Can" and "Help Someone Else, too" prices. When body is relaxed and peaceful, energy will flow. When mind is still, it will embrace qi and strengthen the body. In the Chinese arts of health and longevity, qigong simultaneously cultivates a peaceful body and a peaceful mind. Physical health and mental well-being are closely aligned.

Qigong has been used for centuries to support physical health and increase longevity. We offer a complete and thorough training in Qigong through our five foundational levels. You can take the first program or all five. Our beginner qigong starts this May!

๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธHonoring Milarepa Day๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ

Today, Greg and Colin led us in the traditional readings and chants in celebration of Milarepa Day. Today, we remember one of Tibetโ€™s most beloved yogis, whose life is a testament to transformation, devotion, and the power of practice.

This day marks Milarepaโ€™s parinirvana and more than that, itโ€™s a living reminder of whatโ€™s possible on the path. ๐Ÿชท From deep regret to full awakening, his story continues to inspire courage, perseverance, and unwavering trust in the dharma.

The shrine room filled with melody and meaning as Greg and Colin guided us through the chants and sacred texts, carrying forward a lineage of devotion that has echoed for centuries. ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ“ฟ๐Ÿ“–

May Milarepaโ€™s songs of realization continue to resound in our own practice, clearing obstacles and illuminating the way.
