So the coolest thing that ever happened to me in my life happened twice this week!!! A bird hit our window on the 2nd story and I ran downstairs to assist... or was in bad shape before I got outside I could see it on the pavement, wings not tucked in, legs curled under her, head down mouth open... so sad. I slowly came out and knelt done next to her, placed a thumb next to her for stability, place my first to fingers on her tiny head and started to do a Core session on her. She immediate began lifting her head gently into my fingers and I could feel her little bones correcting, her mouth closed and her wings came in nice and tight to her body! She was no longer looking off into space but right into my eyes. I’ve never felt anything so beautiful in my life as the look (and energy, as I found out later) this bird was giving me. This lasted until my foot got numb, which takes me a while. Then with my other hand I gently scooped her up and say cross legged for another 15 minutes exchanging loving gazes and gently speaking to her. At some point after I worked on her legs because she was standing but leaning on my fingers. When I felt it was complete I just stroked her little head and back for a while, looking into each others eyes. There are no words for how much love I felt from and for this little being... I still tear up telling the story.
I didn’t have a camera out. But, this evening I was on the same patio telling a friend that story, and at some point I went inside for a moment and came back out. My buddy said that a bird just flew onto the patio (at that point we had moved and had been hanging on my next door neighbor’s patio). That is when these pics were taken. I slowly walked up and gently spoke and few soft words and then slowly scooped her up and started another session. This one lasted like 20 minutes at least and I cried at some point because I realized I was the one being healed! Huge ongoing release afterwards, and even as I write this post I’m buzzing with so much energy I probably won’t sleep. Little annoying physical discomforts and stress vanished completely...for now there is only love❤
