This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

For many, this weekend brings gratitude, reflection, pride, grief, or a mixture of emotions that can be difficult to put into words. It may also stir memories of loved ones, loss, sacrifice, or personal experiences connected to military service.

As we gather with family and friends, we also want to create space for quiet reflection and compassion—for ourselves and for one another.

If this weekend feels heavy, emotional, or brings up experiences you are struggling to carry alone, support matters. Our therapists are here to provide a safe and supportive space to process grief, trauma, anxiety, loss, and the emotional impact that significant life experiences can leave behind.

Wishing everyone a meaningful and peaceful Memorial Day weekend. ❤️

The way you speak to yourself matters more than you think.

✨ Healing isn’t always about finding the right words.

Sometimes the body holds onto experiences long after the mind tries to move forward. 🧠💙

Brainspotting is a powerful therapy approach that helps access and process trauma, anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm at a deeper level. By using specific eye positions connected to stored experiences, the brain can begin to process what feels “stuck.”

People often describe feeling:
🌿 More grounded
🌿 Less emotionally reactive
🌿 More connected to themselves
🌿 A greater sense of calm and clarity

You do not have to carry everything alone. Healing is possible. ✨

🚨 ONE-DAY ONLY: Leadership Takeover 🚨

Without notice (and with full confidence), Cacoa has officially assumed control of the practice for April 1st.

Cacoa
CESO — Chief Emotional Support Officer
Lover of Treats

HR was not consulted.

Today’s executive agenda (entirely self-appointed):
• All meetings are now walks
• Mandatory nap breaks (no exceptions)
• Unlimited emotional support, on demand
• Immediate audit of treat distribution (he has serious concerns)

With years of experience in calm presence, silent understanding, and expert-level snuggling, Cacoa will be overseeing all operations for the day—ensuring vibes are regulated and stress levels are lowered across the board.

When asked about his leadership strategy, Cacoa shared:
“More snacks. More naps. Less emails. Sit with your feelings… preferably next to me.”

Normal leadership will resume April 2nd… pending his approval.

🐶 Available everywhere. In charge for 24 hours. Already implementing changes.
