Join for this semi private group Alignment Workshop — limited to just 6 participants for personalized attention and hands-on guidance.
We’ll focus on proper alignment in standing poses, with cues grounded in anatomy & physiology so you can move safely and effectively on your mat (and off it). We will also work some specific drills to help you optimize activation, stability, and mobility to help optimize your alignment.
