We spend money and time at... The nail salon getting a manicure and pedicure. 💅🏻

The salon for hours getting our hair just the right color and cut. 💇🏼♀️

Lululemon stressing over the perfect pair of tights that will make our b***y look tight 🦵🏻

The spa getting facials and/or eyelashes that make our appearance more flawless. 🧖🏻♀️

BUT.... we say it’s “too expensive” to take care of our inside. - We stop after January.
We spend hours scrolling social media but say we don’t have time to work out. We spend money on Amazon buying senseless things but say we can’t afford our nutrition to make our bodies function better.

We spend massive amounts of money on the outside, the external, yet we say we cannot afford to go to the gym, eat clean, cook at home.

Priorities- ☝🏼You only get ONE body. How long do you want it to last?

Truly, taking care of the inside will show on the outside! Invest in your health, friends! Illness costs way more than health! Let’s crush 2024 all year long 💪🏻♥️🌱
