Something I read earlier this week that has stuck with me is “slowing down is a part of being productive”. Sometimes we feel like to be productive is to get things done as fast as possible, but in reality, rushing through work often leads to burnout. By intentionally slowing down, you give yourself the opportunity to recharge, make better decisions, and approach tasks with a clearer mind, which leads to enhanced productivity in the long run. Take a moment to slow down today; you’ll thank yourself for it later. 💙
