Hi. It’s me. I’m back. I have taken a month and a half off of the socials. And to be honest I was not sure if I would ever return. It has been a wonderful break. I don’t want to feed into the negative and fake that can be social media. I want my content to be helpful, real life and authentic. So let me reintroduce myself….
Hello! I’m Traci Lewis. I am a personal trainer. My job is more than just a job for me; it’s a calling. I find immense joy in working with a diverse range of people, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being. One of my greatest joys is witnessing the transformation and confidence that my clients develop through their fitness journeys.
I have a special dedication to empowering women, particularly in the gym setting. I understand that stepping into a gym can sometimes be intimidating, and I strive to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere whether that is online or in person in the gym. My goal is to help women feel comfortable and confident as they pursue their fitness goals.
Another area close to my heart is helping women over 40 navigate the unique challenges that come with this stage of life. I am passionate about guiding them in discovering effective strategies to lose weight and build muscle. Menopause can present unexpected challenges, and I am committed to walking alongside these women, providing support and guidance to help them manage symptoms and achieve success with their health.
So to wrap up this very long post, I find my role as a personal trainer to be incredibly fulfilling. I am dedicated to continuing to inspire and support individuals on their fitness journeys, helping them lead healthier and more confident lives.
And as a bonus I show you my before and my now…because I’m not done yet…I have been on a muscle building/fat loss journey for around a year now and cannot wait to see what the next year of work does! Let me encourage you along your journey as I encourage myself along mine.
