First Mother's Day with a baby in my arms 🥰 After years of infertility and loss it was nice to not completely dread the holiday this year. Despite that I'm still missing my girls a little extra today. So grateful for the miracle that is Logan.

Happy mothers day to all

We're still doing this weird twitch almost every night. It almost exclusively happens at night sometime between 6-8pm, and almost always after his nightly bath. He has done it a few times without having had a bath, and sometimes he doesn't do it after his bath. We're not sure the "why" behind it.

Pediatric Neurology and neonatal neurology said it's not infantile spasms. Nothing showed on either of the two EEG's that he had. MRI does not show anything that would explain it either. During his 72 hour EEG he did not have a single one of these episodes. So we don't know what they look like on there, despite that multiple neurologists are confident that it's not seizures. But what is it? The unknown is driving me crazy! No one seems to have an answer for it.

It's not sandifer syndrome or reflux. There's no sign of reflux during these events, and with how bad his reflux is, trust me, I'd know if there was reflux. Oxygen levels don't drop during these events, his temperature is fine too (so it's not chills from the bath).

These events are getting more spread out, but also longer in duration. Everyone is just baffled. These have been consistently happening for 6 weeks now, and they really look to be at least somewhat neurological.

The coos and smiles of approval as he plays just make my heart melt 🥰😍 it wasn't that long ago that he wanted nothing to do with any and all toys.
