I know, some days it feels impossible to 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 the motivation. 😮‍💨

Between the kids, the house, work… it’s easy to put yourself last 👎
But discipline? That’s where the magic happens 💯

True self care isn’t always quiet time or caffeine.. it’s also doing the 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘸 for the long-term benefit of your health, energy, & your peace 😌

But the best part? That feeling halfway through (or at the end) when you think,

“I’m tired.” 😴
“The kids need me.” 🫠
“I’ll do it tomorrow.” 🤥

But choosing YOU? That’s where the real change begins 🎯

Last night, I didn’t wait for perfect. While dinner cooked, I threw together oatmeal, chicken, turkey burgers, sweet potatoes, broccoli, and simple grab-and-go snacks. In under 90 minutes, I had 3 days of meals ready, fed my kids, and even got my oldest in the shower.

Not because I had extra time 🙅‍♀️
But because I decided to show up 💯

& that’s what I want for you, too 🫶

But here’s the real issue 😅 it’s not that you don’t have time, it’s that your time is being spent on autopilot and it’s draining you. 🫠

Small changes like these can seriously change how your day feels.:
✨ Prepping for 10 mins at night makes mornings calmer 
🍳 Starting your day with protein gives you more energy & focus
🥗 A balanced lunch fuels you so you’re not mindlessly snacking when you get home

Your routine is already there 💯 the question is, will it keep draining you or start supporting you? 🫶

It’s not just you!! Most moms crash hard by the afternoon. 😴

By 3pm, I was always surviving on caffeine, moody, & just trying to make it to bedtime (& let’s be real some days all you can do is make it to bedtime)

By the time I got home from work, I thought I was just too exhausted to do anything - so I used to grab some mom juice thinking that is what I needed to power through 🍷

Everything shifted when I started focusing on simple daily habits like:
🥘fueling my body correctly during the day
🚶‍♀️moving intentionally to get out of the slump
💦& staying hydrated - fun fact sometimes hunger is disguised as thirst. 
❌No crazy diets...just consistent little things.
Some days are harder than others but I actually have energy left for my kids (& myself 🙌).
