So I started creating a little video series to help anyone that is interested in establishing a simple daily meditation practice.

I’ve found that intimidation or uncertainty are two main reasons why people who want to learn to meditate either give up after the first few ‘unsuccessful’ attempts, or never really try in the first place.

I’m just an average person that taught herself how to meditate in her 50’s and I created short videos using plain language. I guide people in baby steps how to start their own easy practice, so they can receive all the benefits I have from it.

Less anxiety, more calmness, less stress, more clarity, more energy, better relationships, leveler moods, less health issues - the list is truly endless…

Q. "Nothing I've tried to make myself feel better is working."

A. I think sometimes we don’t realize all the roadblocks we put up in our own path.

We say we want our lives to improve. We say we want to be happier, live more fulfilled lives. Do things that bring us joy.

But, we also tend to come up with all the excuses not to do the things that will help.

I hear it all the time:

"I can’t attend that social event because it’s too far away."

"I can’t try a certain hobby because I have ADHD."

"I want more friends and connection with other people in my life, but it feels safer to just stay on social media."

"I tried meditation or yoga or breathing exercises and it was too hard so I gave up."

We all do it. We all come up with our own multitude of reasons WHY we think we are stuck in this place, but in reality, most of those reasons are not real reasons.

They’re excuses.

They’re excuses that we provide ourselves with so that we don’t have to take responsibility for our own happiness.

I know this probably sounds kind of harsh to some of you, but this is what I’ve been coming across as I’ve gone down this path of trying to show people what it takes to get happier - from the inside.

Most people just need to get out of their own way. Realize that the limitations we put on ourselves are our own and they are not necessary.

When we reach a point where we really are ready to make a change, we will make it.

No excuses.

SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WHO SUFFER FROM ANXIETY FOR FEEDBACK ON MY NEW PROGRAM (free for a limited time)...

For the last 6 months I have been hard at work creating a program called "The Happiness Formula" I created it for anyone who suffers from symptoms of anxiety that feels kind of stuck in a loop of overthink and overwhelm.

I'm ready for feedback, because I want to make sure it's simple to follow and easy to implement. It's important to me to get a product out there that people will actually DO, and that actually WORKS if they do it!

So, for the time being I am offering it for FREE to anyone who asks. Because I want to just get it in the hands of people that can benefit from it!

Here are the details about the program:

It's 12 weeks of self-guided study. All easily done on a computer or even your phone.

Each week you'll get a short audio lesson to listen to (usually these are around 10-15 minutes long).

After listening to the lesson you'll receive instructions on an aligned action to implement that week (these never take more than 20 minutes of your time, and are often only implemented as needed, not daily).

There's an optional online support group (also free) where questions can be asked, and I offer 1:1 coaching calls if needed (those are an additional charge, but not required for the program to work).

That's all! At the end of the 12 weeks, I ask that you give me your constructive feedback so I can make sure The Happiness Formula is everything it needs to be to help people!

Q: “I get tired of all the ‘positive talk.’ It feels phony and forced.”

A: When a person has anxiety, one of the symptoms is getting stuck in a loop of thinking.

If you’re sharing your woes with someone and they’re trying to be supportive by validating every thought loop you’re having, you’re not going to see your way out of it — and it’s actually being reinforced by someone else.

I know I annoy some people when I always “look at the bright side” or offer an encouraging word instead of a sympathetic one. But I know that agreeing with the low vibrations — or rather, identifying with them — will only serve to perpetuate the problem (or the anxiety).

By bringing in a different energy, I help break the loop of thinking that’s keeping the problem alive. And it might feel forced to you because you’re not accustomed to talking and thinking like that… yet. So it sounds foreign, unnatural — even fake.

But if you can learn to feel the sentiment and intention behind the “positive” words, maybe they’ll start to pe*****te your layers on an energetic level.

And that’s where the magic happens.

So I judge less, feel more, and just accept that high vibes… just feel better.

I know how it feels to get stuck in a rut.

To feel like nothing ever changes, and you don’t know how to get unstuck.

We allow fear to get the better of us. We allow it to keep us locked up in a world where you don’t see a way out.

When we don’t change, we don’t grow, and it feels like anxiety. Our bodies are literally yelling at us, trying to communicate its needs.

But we aren’t listening. We’ve been ignoring its screams for so long… we stop hearing it.

Here’s what I’ve found:
The very first step is always the hardest.

But once you take it, even if it’s tiny, something hopeful kicks in and that hope builds momentum.

And when you have the right tools, and the right support, all you have to do is commit to doing !% each day more than you did the day before.

1% towards your goal of getting rid of your anxiety. Anyone can commit to 1% if they want to get better.

It’s a choice.

You set your mind to make the choice, and it will get easier each and every day… until you don’t have to think about it so much anymore.

And that feeling, is your why. The WHY that keeps you motivated to do that 1%. Because that’s doable. It’s attainable, and it gets to be simple.

That’s why I created The Happiness Formula.. There was nothing out there that simplified the steps to take to get real relief.

I created a 12-week self-study experience that helps you make these tiny shifts that add up.
Each week, you’ll get a short audio (just 10–15 minutes) and one or two simple aligned actions to bring calm and clarity into your day-to-day.

If you want deeper support, you can also add 1:1 coaching with me on an as needed (or not needed) basis. I created this program to be flexible.

When it comes to easing anxiety, I’ve found that simple practices make the biggest difference, because we will DO them.

Why do we feel anxiety in the first place?
To put it simply:

What we describe as anxiety comes from our bodies trying to communicate that there is energy inside of us that wants to get out.

Emotions are “energy in motion” and when they aren’t allowed to move, they make us uncomfortable.

These emotions could come from past situations or traumas that were too difficult to feel at the time, so we suppressed the feelings because they were uncomfortable.

They can also come from wanting to control external circumstances, when we can’t. Or wishing things to be different instead of just accepting them.

Or we may be living our lives in a way that doesn’t align with our desires or values, and that can manifest itself as anxiety.

All of these are ways in which we unknowingly contribute to our feelings of anxiety, and once we start to listen to the signals, we can begin to understand them.

And understanding is a BIG part in how we can find relief.

But it's also important to remember that YOU ARE NOT BROKEN, and showing yourself love and compassion is important when you are dealing with these feelings.

Here is a quick little exercise that one can use if you're feeling a little overwhelmed by life. Sit down with a piece of paper and a pencil.
