Being curious is how we continue learning and growing. Just like "Buddy" here, when we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change. (Dr.Dyer quote) Emphasis on WHEN. When we get to be adults, we get stuck in our ways, our ways of thinking. With each new day we have an opportunity to look at our health, decide if this is where we want to be and be curious as to these things:
->Have we normalized being unhealthy?
->Are we happy or just content with our current state of health?
->Are we afraid to change?
->Have we given up hope?
->Do we consider who else our state of health affects?
->Are we strong enough to make a change we want to make?
->Could we do it easier with help?
->Who could help me make these changes?
-> What could my life be like if I made those changes?
At Cornerstone to Healing, we get you. We understand the struggles you face and how to motivate, inspire and guide you through the bumps in order to help you reach your goals.
Don't wait, when you do 2 things happen: 1) your health continues to decline 2) you talk yourself out of it. Like you aren't worthy of being healthy and happy. God made you, HE loves you, you are worthy to care for the body HE gave you. So my friend, do it!
