✨ Giving Back to Our Community ✨

Today, Malibu House residents partnered with our friends at the Salvation Army for a community service project! 💪🎨 We spent the afternoon painting the cement parking curbs after their newly re-done lot, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect.

The Salvation Army has done so much to support Malibu House and our community, and we are truly blessed for any opportunity to give back.

Our company logo stands on three pillars: Hope, Service, and Recovery. Being able to live out that pillar of service is not just important in rebuilding our lives—it’s a privilege we don’t take lightly. ❤️

🌟 Success Story Update: Jarad 🌟
When Jarad first came to Malibu House, he had nothing — no clothes, no identification, no phone, and no food. 💔 Many of you remember our earlier post asking for help to get him started.
✨ Because of the generosity and support of this community:
👕 Jarad received clothing donations.
📱 A Malibu House mate gifted him their old phone.
🪪 Amanda helped him get his birth certificate & took him to the BMV for his ID.
Since then, Jarad has been on fire 🔥:
✅ Got a job and has been working consistently.
✅ Eating well and paying his rent on time.
✅ Recently asked to step into MANAGEMENT at work! 🙌
We couldn’t be prouder of how far he’s come. 💙🌴 Way to go, Jarad!!!
