Everyone travels their own path. For me, I have tried various programs and fads. I started a life style change two years ago (not a diet). I have lost 70lbs. My goal is to control my choices and not let my cravings or boredom control me. Healthier choices help me be a better me. I am not perfect, but I continue to move closer to my ultimate goals.
