re so happy to partner with our amazing friends over for another fun Lotus Unwind event the Sunday morning of the Lotus Music Festival. This event brings our yoga community together to raise funds for Lotus Blossoms.

Join some of our NHY teachers along with BYC teachers for a wonderful half day mini retreat hosted at BYC.

Event fee is $10 at the door whether you attend one or all sessions. All bodies and levels welcomed - participants are encouraged to bring mats if possible, other props will be available to borrow.

Face Yoga | Glow Flow Event
45 min Yoga Flow + 45 min Face Yoga Workshop
This unique event blends the vitality of a full-body yoga flow with the rejuvenating practices of face yoga.

We’ll begin with 45 minutes of yoga, connecting breath and movement to awaken energy, build confidence, and enliven the body. From there, we’ll transition into a 45-minute face yoga workshop. Through simple exercises, stretches, and massage techniques for the face and neck, you’ll learn how to tone facial muscles, release tension, and encourage natural radiance.

The workshop also introduces lymphatic drainage techniques – gentle, rhythmic movements that support detoxification, reduce puffiness, and promote healthy, glowing skin. Each practice is paired with mindful breathwork for a fully integrated experience.

Pause and rest in our inherent equality as hearts moving toward love on our beloved planet.

This deeply down-regulating restorative yoga practice will invite balance between both sides of the body through supported postures, the gentle kneading and grounding compressions of therapeutic massage, and a guided yoga nidra to harmonize the body’s energy centers.

You’ll be invited to reflect on what brings balance to your life, what throws you off center, and what your heart is harvesting this season.

The autumnal equinox marks a sacred time of pause — a moment when light and dark are equal, when summer turns to autumn, when we reap the fruits of our lighter months and tend to the inner hearth in preparation for the season ahead.
