🚨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT🚨Today, I want to give a huge shout out to Marcy Demling-Seeman ! She has been working with me for the past few months with an initial goal of toning up her arms, legs and midsection. Since beginning, we have evolved our focus into strengthening weak areas in her hips and shoulders, practicing balance and coordination, gaining overall strength and increasing cardiovascular capacity. Her #1 rule for herself is "Don't complain, just do it." And she lives by it! Every challenge I give her, she destroys and she always comes back ready for more. Even though toning isn't our whole focus anymore, I'd say the workouts are doing their job! Keep it up Marcy!
