✨ Motivation Monday! ✨
How many of you work out regularly? 💪 Since October, I’ve been aiming for 4-5 workouts a week, plus getting in a mile or two of walking when I can. And trust me, I’m not here to toot my own horn—I just know that putting it out there keeps me accountable!
I’ve tried so many times to live a healthy lifestyle, only to fall off track. But this time? This time feels different. Before, I was all about the quick fixes—what could I take, buy, or do to drop weight fast? Side effects? Cost? Didn’t matter. I just wanted results now.
But now, my motivation has shifted. I’ve found a gym that holds me accountable and has taught me how to build a healthy relationship with food—understanding what my body needs and why. And you know what? It’s working. My body feels better, my anxiety has eased, and my clothes are fitting differently. More than anything, I want to stick with it. Not for a number on the scale, but because I finally feel good.
