At Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Lee County, Activities Director Hannah Simpson takes pride in creating a program that nurtures the whole person—body, spirit and mind. 💙

Our residents stay active and engaged with a variety of experiences, including:

🏌️ Movement-based games like noodle exercise, bowling and “no touch golf”
🙏 Spiritual opportunities, such as receiving communion with the support of our pastoral volunteers
🎨 Creative crafts that inspire both heart and mind, including our special seashell angel craft for National Be an Angel Day
🍩 A sweet (and salty!) surprise—bacon donuts in honor of National Bacon Lovers’ Day

🎉 What an incredible milestone to celebrate! 🎂

Roxboro Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center recently hosted a very special party for Matris Wade and Richard Woody in honor of their 101st birthdays. 💙

Our amazing dietary staff prepared a delicious meal and Doodle Crumbs Bakery generously donated a beautiful birthday cake. Guests enjoyed music by Billy Farrish, making the celebration fun and lively. 🎶

Congratulations to Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center for receiving this week's ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ REVIEW OF THE WEEK.

“My mother was at Three Rivers for almost two weeks for rehab after a hospital stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rehab team got my mom back on her feet and walking again.

Everyone was welcoming in answering my questions and very helpful with getting us set up for home health and outpatient rehab. The staff has called twice to check up on her and offered that if we need any more assistance, we can contact them for help. Thank you, Three Rivers, for making it possible for my mother to go home.”
