If you don't track it, you can't change it

I gained 11 pounds in 11 weeks

With EVERYTHING not going to plan

I've missed a lot of workouts...

I haven't been tracking food, missed meals even

Fortunately, my goal is to continue gaining weight

AND my bodyfat has remained about the same

Knowing that fat always comes with muscle, we want to keep this at a minimum

The ultimate goal is to get up to 270/275 #

Maybe not this year, but eventually

With a show tentatively planned for November, there is a lot of work to do

We'll get there and I'll be at a weight I should be at for my height, when I'm that lean
