Run Club Recap – Tuesday Night Edition 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🌤️

Tonight’s run was all about community, progress, and meeting yourself where you’re at. 🙌

Several of our runners opted for a flatter 2-mile route—some easing back in from injury, others making it their full-on workout. Huge shoutout to one of our rockstars who shaved 2 full minutes off her time from last week! 💥

Meanwhile, a few of our more seasoned runners tacked on extra miles to finish out their evening strong. Whether it was two miles or five, every step counted and every effort mattered. 💪

🏃‍♀️💙 $11,270 Raised for Affordable Housing! 💙🏃‍♂️
We were thrilled to be a major sponsor of this weekend’s 5K race organized by the Acadia Council of Realtors and the YMCA — all to support affordable housing in our community.

Our 9-person team showed up strong, and we were proud to host a Medical Recovery Tent to help runners feel their best before and after the race.

Together with generous donors and the MAR Foundation match, this event raised over $11,000 for organizations like Habitat for Humanity, H.O.M.E., and more.

Our very own Dr. Casey was in California this week at the Oceanside Pier for Power Your Performance workshop that she had the honor of conducting on injury prevention, management & training through injury. Dr Casey said “These elite surf athletes were a blast to spend time with, teach and of course learn from myself!” She is going to stay on as a liaison for USA surfing for injury prevention and performance training!

We are so proud of her and her efforts! She will be back Tuesday from her trip and is excited to continue to bring this world class knowledge back to our small corner of the world!

HEY BLUE HILL! We are offering small group classes for strength and bone building. If you have never lifted before, we will teach you. If you are an experienced lifter and it's been a while... we got you.

Each class has:

Warm ups

One primary lift
(either squat, bench press, dead lift or overhead press)

Multiple accessory movements to support that primary lift.
(To strengthen stabilizing muscles)
(Work on balance)
(Prevent injury)

Some form of cardio
(Designed for Vo2 Max training)
(True High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT))
