π Mental Health Awareness Month π
Our mental and physical health are entwined. If your mental health suffers, your body will suffer. I get lots of referrals from gastroenterology clinics for this very reason. If your physical health suffers, your mental health will suffer.
Think about some ways you can be conscientious toward both this month β‘
I like to make sure I'm moving my body in a helpful way - walking, lifting, and yoga stretching.
I like to consider my nutrition - taking my daily vitamins, being balanced with my caffeine addic- I mean, intake π«£, and drinking a lot of water.
I like to focus on my breathing, considering my 5 senses as I walk, eat, and shower.
