but the root often begins in the liver.

Here’s the quick, “makes-so-much-sense” explanation:

1. Your liver is your hormone traffic controller.

When it’s sluggish or overwhelmed, estrogen can build up.
➡️ Estrogen dominance is one of the most common migraine triggers in women, especially around cycles, ovulation, postpartum, and perimenopause.
